This role is responsible for managing the full billing cycle, from invoice creation and validation through payment collection and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts receivable experience, a solid understanding of billing processes, and proven success in managing collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.\nRequirements\nManage the complete billing cycle, including invoice generation, review, submission, and follow-up.\nEnsure customer invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual agreements.\nMonitor accounts receivable balances and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices.\nConduct collection activities through different communications channels with customers.\nInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and customer inquiries.\nApply and reconcile customer payments accurately within the accounting system.\nReview aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to reduce overdue balances.\nMaintain accurate customer account records and documentation.\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timely issue resolution.\nPrepare and distribute account statements and collection reports.\nAssist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable and billing.\nRecommend process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and cash collections.\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections roles.\nProven experience managing full-cycle billing processes.\nStrong understanding of accounts receivable and collection best practices.\nExperience reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing discrepancies.\nAbility to communicate professionally with customers regarding payment matters.\nProficiency with ERP and accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both
