  • Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk.
  • Participate and assist with development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and risk improvement by ensuring that the risk identification process is aligned with the Groups targets and objectives.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of compliance plans and programs.

  • Prepare Compliance Program Reports for top-level management based on internal reviews.
  • Identify the shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policy and process; assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes.
  • Maintain internal company procedures to ensure that our staff is kept up to date regarding any modifications to existing compliance PP, SOP, tax regulation, applicable laws, government regulation and industry standard.
  • Coordinate and conduct Compliance Program and project as assigned.
  • Prepare Compliance Working Paper and Reports on timely manner.
  • Escalate major finding or issue to Compliance Leader.
  • Monitor, review and analyze deficiencies and irregularities to provide effective solutions.
  • Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
  • Achieves and exceeds goals in KPI, Budget, Team’s Goals , etc.
  • Ensure high quality & reliable Compliance Working Paper & Reports :
  • All information is accurate, valid and based on actual condition
  • Working paper is informative, neat, free of administrative error, clean.
  • Document the company’s compliance activities to provide proof the company complies with PP, SOP, applicable laws, government regulation and industry standard.
  • Leverages technology and effectively uses information systems and tools to generate compliance reports and provide management with analytical support to drive decision-making.
  • Assist Compliance Leader to interact, co-operate, and maintain relationships with all members of the organization for feedback and to obtain client / customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance.

2. Having experience in Public Accountant Firm will be an advantage.

3. Maximum 25 years old and based in Bali.

4. Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral)

5. Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.

6. Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Motivated to grow and expand capabilities in self and others.

8. Appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of differing levels of education.
