MIDROC Construction is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that adhere to international standards, contributing to Ethiopia’s urbanization and overall development.The OpportunityRole Overview: Key Impact:Key Performance IndicatorsPercentage of operational activities completed according to agreed schedules.Timeliness and accuracy of consolidated operational reports.Percentage of management action points completed within deadlines.Timeliness of identifying and escalating operational problems.Effectiveness of coordination between head office, project sites, and support departments.Resource availability and coordination effectiveness.Reduction in avoidable operational delays caused by coordination gaps.Accuracy and completeness of operational records and documentation.Compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities:Task Breakdown:Consolidates site progress, monitors construction activities and resource requirements, tracks operational constraints, coordinates work-package interfaces and reports execution risks.Coordinate daily operational activities across assigned construction projects and departments.. Follow up on project work plans, schedules, and operational priorities to ensure timely execution.Coordinate communication among project managers, site engineers, procurement, plant and equipment, finance, HR, and other relevant departments.Monitor the availability and utilization of labor, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project activities.Follow up on the implementation of management decisions, operational plans, and corrective actions.Collect, consolidate, and review operational progress reports from projects and departments.Identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints and escalate them to the responsible managers.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on assigned action points. 9.
