Partnering with Midvaal Recruitment on behalf of a leading automotive aftermarket supplier, this role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, managing and expanding an allocated customer base, and delivering top-tier customer engagement and product solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Account Management: Identify and prescribe products or services tailored to customer and market needs. Manage and grow allocated customer accounts.\nLead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on leads generated by Internal Sales and external sources, including new COD accounts.\nSales Administration: Accurately generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices, ensuring consistent follow-up.\nCustomer Visits & Relationship Building: Visit client sites regularly following a structured call cycle ( principle).\nProduct Knowledge & Training: Train customers on product applications and usage or coordinate in-house/supplier training sessions.\nMarket Expansion: Identify sales opportunities, suggest complementary product lines based on stock levels, and drive target achievement.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation: Grade 12 / Matric (Non-negotiable).\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales.\nWholesale / Retail Replacement Parts Sales experience preferred.\nEssential motor industry experience with knowledge/experience in Automotive Mobile Air Conditioning preferred.\n\nSkills & Knowledge:\nTechnical aptitude and understanding of automotive air-conditioning components/systems.\nStrong business acumen, product knowledge, and existing industry/customer networks.\nSound mathematical/numerical skills and excellent communication.\nHigh customer service orientation.\n\nKey Competencies & Attributes\nTarget-Driven & Self-Motivated: Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin targets.\nOrganized & Disciplined: Excellent time management, structured planning, and strong reporting discipline.\nOwnership & Accountability: A proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and stress tolerance.\nTeam Player: Works effectively within a team environment reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.\n\nRemuneration\nR15 000 – R20 000 depending on experience (Commission based;
