The CSA greets customers and asks questions to determine service needs, and to provide sell and upsell opportunities by emphasizing value added solutions. The CSA creates proposals; conducts follow ups and schedules services. They will also assist Accounting through invoicing and payment collection, daily reporting and cash count.
