In addition, the Sonata Support Sr Analyst will have responsibility for managing the client issue lifecycle; the analysis, replication and testing of identified defects with a solution-oriented approach; and escalating requests to the appropriate development and consulting teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nThe analysis and resolution of issues raised by Clientsincluding\n\nIdentification of faulty software and omissions in functionality (debugging code wherenecessary)\nCorrection to data where required on clientdatabases\nCorrection of problems caused by incorrect use of applicationfunctionality\nCorrection of system configurationfaults\nActively responding to clients relating to service requests and productdefects.\nRespond to client queries and incidents as per defined service levelagreements.\nRouting defects, service requests or enhancements to the appropriate teams within Bravura asrequired.\nEnsuring severity, impact and risk of incidents is understood and escalate to management ifrequired.\nMonitoring, tracking and reviewing the progress of an incident, and keeping the customerinformed.\nFacilitate and attend client meetings to discuss incident management and supportprocesses\nRecording and maintaining the integrity of data within the JIRA Service Desksystem.\nAssist with software release co-ordination toclients.\nEscalating issues which will affect otherclients.\nTechnical housekeeping andadministration\n\nUnleash your potential\n\nTo be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:\nAny Postgraduate orB.E./B-Tech/MCA\n6-10 years ofexperience\nA good understanding of best practice application development methodology, togetherwith:\nAn excellent working knowledge of SQLlanguage\nAbility to develop basic application code using a modern object-basedlanguage\nWorking knowledge of MicrosoftOffice\nA basic understanding of service delivery processesi.e.\nIncidentmanagement\nProblem management\nChange and Configurationmanagement\nExperience within a helpdesk/JIRA service desk environment.\nKnowledge of software developmentlifecycle.\nExperience in business analysis, consulting or system testing role.\nExperience in providing consultancy and support toclients.\nWhilst the role will be predominantly based in Gurgaon, the ability to travel between Bravura offices and Client sites may berequired\nTechnical\nExcellent working knowledge of Core Java, including the Eclipse DevelopmentPlatform\nExcellent working knowledge of popular Java frameworks such as Hibernate, JSP/JSF and webservices.\nTroubleshooting and debuggingcapabilities/techniques\nProven knowledge of databases, to include solid experience of SQL preferable on OracleDatabase\nGood to have JavaCertification\nCloud exposure AWS or Azure\nPersonal\nRequirement of working in rotational shifts General, UK (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and occasionally nightshift\nExcellent spokenEnglish\nExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to distinguish between business and technicalaudiences\nProven aptitude with regards to good customer serviceskills\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize workload and work underpressure\nAbility to work unsupervised, managing goals and deliverables\nDemonstrated Solution based problem solvingskills\nExcellent team and interpersonalskills\nPrior knowledge of working on Application Support model will be aplus\nKnowledge of the financial service industry preferably Wealth Management or Superannuation products will be a plus\n\nWorking at Bravura\n\nOur people are the heart of our business.
