You will work closely with Development, QA and business stakeholders to plan and execute testing, assess risks, manage defects and ensure that high-quality solutions are delivered to our clients.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work with complex business workflows and technologies, including .NET desktop applications, SQL Server, web services and system integrations. You will also have the opportunity to influence and continuously improve testing processes, tools and practices.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPlan and estimate testing activities across projects and releases.\nDesign and execute functional, end-to-end, system integration, regression, smoke and exploratory testing.\nAssess the impact of changes, identify testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\nIdentify, communicate and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders, while actively driving them towards resolution.\nMonitor test execution and provide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress, quality and risks.\nManage and maintain test assets, test data and the testing knowledge base.\nSupport and manage UAT issues, including defect validation and verification of fixes.\nAnalyse complex issues and provide clear recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.\nWork closely with Development and QA teams throughout the defect lifecycle and Agile feedback loops.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, helping to improve testing efficiency, quality and cost.\nCoordinate testing activities across projects or workstreams where required.\nUnleash Your Potential\nTo be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:\nStrong experience in software testing, including planning, estimating and executing complex test activities.\nPractical experience with functional testing, end-to-end testing and system integration testing.\nExperience assessing change impact, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and communicate clear recommendations.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage both short- and long-term priorities.\nResilience, flexibility and confidence when working under pressure.\nSound judgement when balancing priorities, timelines, quality and risk.\nExperience working with SQL, including analysing data and working with stored procedures and reports.\nKnowledge of SOAP and web services.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nGood command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.\nIt’s great, but not essential, if you have:\nProven system testing experience within the financial services industry.\nExperience coordinating testing activities across projects or supporting multiple testers.\nExperience testing .NET Desktop UI applications, batch jobs and Windows Services.\nKnowledge of REST, SOAP, Web Services and IBM MQ.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence.\nExperience with testing and automation tools such as SoapUI, UFT, LoadRunner or JMeter.\nKnowledge of common test design techniques and risk-based testing.\nWorking at Bravura\nOur people are the heart of our business.
