You will help clients make better strategic decisions by translating complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.\nYou will work closely with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders on projects involving network strategy, facility location, transportation flows, inventory, capacity, and cost optimization.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, curious, comfortable working with data and modeling tools, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupply Chain Modeling and Analysis\nBuild, develop, and maintain supply chain models to evaluate current and future-state scenarios.\nAnalyze distribution networks, transportation flows, inventory, capacity, facility locations, and operating costs.\nStructure, cleanse, validate, and interpret large data sets used in supply chain models.\nConduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit assessments.\nIdentify opportunities to improve service, cost, resilience, and operational performance.\nConsulting Project Delivery\nSupport the delivery of supply chain strategy and network design engagements from data collection through final recommendations.\nParticipate in client interviews, workshops, and working sessions to understand business objectives and operational challenges.\nTranslate analytical and modeling results into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.\nDevelop client-ready presentations, reports, analyses, and supporting documentation.\nWork with project managers and senior team members to manage deliverables, timelines, and project quality.\nClient and Team Collaboration\nBuild effective working relationships with client stakeholders and internal project teams.\nExplain modeling assumptions, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nContribute to solution development and help facilitate alignment around recommended strategies.\nSupport implementation planning by connecting strategic recommendations to practical business requirements.\nPractice Development\nContribute to the development of Miebach’s modeling tools, methodologies, and best practices.\nShare knowledge and lessons learned with colleagues across the Supply Chain Design practice.\nContinue developing consulting, analytical, and industry expertise through formal training and project experience.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field.\nExperience\nApproximately 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain consulting, network design, logistics, operations research, supply chain analytics, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience working with supply chain data, analytical models, or optimization tools.\nExperience delivering analyses or recommendations in a consulting, client-facing, or cross-functional business environment.\nExperience with facility location, transportation, inventory, capacity planning, or network strategy is strongly preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with supply chain design or optimization platforms such as Coupa Supply Chain Design\nStrong Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and structure complex data sets.\nFamiliarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is an asset.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.\nAbility to understand, document, and communicate modeling assumptions and results.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.\nClear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to present complex analyses in a simple, business-oriented way.\nComfortable working independently while
