If you're passionate about people leadership, consultative retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.\nYour Responsibilities\nSupport the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team\n\nDrive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets\n\nDeliver an exceptional customer journey by leading consultative sales conversations and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism\n\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence\n\nCollaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, customer events and premium in-store experiences\n\nBuild strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents (MCAs) and internal stakeholders to drive customer referrals and business growth\n\nTake ownership of centre operations, including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust-have\nDemonstrated retail leadership experience in a customer-focused environment\n\nProven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams\n\nStrong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales and customer service targets\n\nExceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience in premium retail, luxury goods, appliances, interiors or home furnishings\n\nExperience leading consultative sales teams\n\nRelevant business or retail qualification\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems\n\nOur Benefits\nQuarterly Life Leave -
