Join a company that has evolved since 1899 and help us continue delivering our philosophy of being “Immer Besser”\nYour Responsibilities\nManagement and implementation of the CRM strategy for Miele GB, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value through data-led lifecycle marketing initiatives.\nCRM execution end-to-end from strategy, through build and localisation of email templates, to execution of timely, relevant and engaging campaigns driving commercial performance.\nOwn and evolve core lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement, basket abandonment, win-back and re-engagement from strategy through build and optimisation.\nPlan and execute CRM calendar balancing frequency, relevance, and commercial priorities against the health of our lifecycle programmes.\nResponsible for maximising customer lifetime value and retention.\nDefine strategy and plan for customer data acquisition in alignment with Events, Partnerships, Brand & Communications activations.\nCreate and maintain customer segments to develop personalised and relevant communications.\nDefine and monitor customer-centric KPIs in alignment with Global CRM team.\nManage and analyse customer data to gain insights into customer behaviour and make strategic decisions.\nCollaboration with local stakeholders including Head of Digital Marketing, and the wider Marketing, Category and Service teams on content and calendar to deliver CRM campaigns aligned to business and commercial priorities.\nLead relationship with Global CRM team, aligning local market requirements with global strategy, programmes and best practice.\nWhat we are looking for\nYou bring at least 3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, with at least 2 years CRM experience\nYou apply consumer-focused thinking and take a performance-driven approach to deliver measurable results\nYou demonstrate excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy\nYou demonstrate business acumen and a commercial mindset\nYou show strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills\nYou remain effective under pressure and consistently meet deadlines\nYou work collaboratively with others and communicate clearly and confidently\nWhat we offer\nA salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience plus a competitive benefits package\nA bonus scheme of up to 5% of salary\nExtensive discounts on Miele products for you, your family, and your friends\nDiscounted gym membership\nAn extensive health cash plan and free eye tests\nAdditional benefits including financial advice, recognition schemes, and more\nAdditional information\nThis is a full-time position currently based in Abingdon with an office move to central Reading planned for Spring 2027.
