As a Driver / Installer, you'll represent the Miele brand every time you’re on the road, delivering products to our business partners and providing professional, courteous service at every interaction.\nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working independently and meeting customers while taking pride in delivering a high-quality service.\nYour Responsibilities\nSafely load, transport and deliver Miele products to business partners in line with planned routes and schedules\n\nCollect and return goods to Miele as required, ensuring products are handled with care\n\nComplete appliance installations and removal of existing appliances where required\n\nProvide professional and courteous customer service that reflects the Miele brand\n\nComplete all required transport and delivery documentation accurately and on time\n\nMaintain a strong focus on on-time delivery, minimising transport damage and incomplete deliveries\n\nWork collaboratively with Miele teams, business partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery operations\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust-have\nStrong customer service and communication skills\n\nExcellent time management and ability to work to delivery schedules\n\nGood spatial awareness and confidence working independently\n\nAbility to undertake manual handling duties\n\nProfessional, reliable and safety-focused approach to work\n\nNice-to-have\nFinal-mile delivery experience\n\nRelevant truck, forklift, manual handling, dangerous goods or electrical licences\n\nExperience with appliance delivery or installation\n\nBasic computer skills and confidence learning systems such as SAP or similar\n\nOur Benefits\nQuarterly Life Leave -
