As a Field Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the State Sales team, ensuring sales activities run smoothly through exceptional coordination, administration and stakeholder support. Working closely with Account Specialists, State Sales Managers and internal teams, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the continued growth of the Miele brand.\nYour Responsibilities\nCoordinate field sales activities including display stock orders, transfers, installations and dealer display maintenance\n\nProvide administrative support to the State Sales Manager, including reporting, presentations, meeting coordination and minute taking\n\nSupport the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and other sales events\n\nLiaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and customer requests\n\nManage point of sale materials, brochures, display stock and inventory reconciliation\n\nPrepare reports, dashboards and sales data to support business decision-making\n\nDeliver exceptional customer service by responding to dealer and consumer enquiries in a professional and timely manner\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust-have:\nExceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n\nStrong administration experience with excellent attention to detail\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\n\nA customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels\n\nIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems\n\nNice-to-have:\nExperience supporting a field sales or retail team\n\nExperience coordinating events, trade shows or marketing activities\n\nKnowledge of CRM or ERP systems\n\nExperience working within a premium retail, FMCG or consumer goods environment\n\nOur Benefits\nHybrid working that blends flexibility and connection: 2 WFH days, 2 flexible office days + Wednesday team connection day\n\nQuarterly Life Leave -
