Das ist die Aufgabe

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Legal & Compliance suchen wir Rechtsreferendarinnen und Rechtsreferendare (m/w/d) für die Ableistung der Wahlstation.

  • Unterstützung der Syndikusrechtsanwältinnen und -anwälte bei der rechtlichen Beratung der Fachabteilungen

  • Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen rechtlichen Fragestellungen, schwerpunktmäßig im Vertrags-, Kauf- und Verbraucherrecht sowie gerne auch im Wettbewerbs-, IT- und Datenschutzrecht

  • Prüfung und Gestaltung von Verträgen

  • Recherche zu rechtlichen Einzelthemen, zur Umsetzung neuen EU-Rechts sowie Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Präsentationen

  • Teilnahme an internen Besprechungen und Mitarbeit an Projekten

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes erstes juristisches Staatsexamen

  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Unternehmen

  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Interesse und Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI-Tools
