Our goal is to provide business users with a secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform that enables efficient processes and supports future growth.\nIn this position, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the Salesforce platform. Working closely with Product Owners, Application Consultants, Developers, and business users, you will configure, optimize, and continuously improve Salesforce while helping drive platform adoption, automation, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and administer Salesforce using declarative platform capabilities.\nManage users, roles, permission sets, profiles, and security settings.\nBuild and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.\nSupport platform releases, configuration changes, and day-to-day system administration.\nMonitor platform health, data quality, and overall system performance.\nTroubleshoot functional issues and coordinate incident resolution.\nMaintain configuration documentation and operational procedures.\nTrain and support business users to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.\nCollaborate with Developers and Application Consultants to deliver new platform capabilities.\nLeverage AI-assisted administration tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and simplify platform management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAt least 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce administration, security, and user management.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.\nExperience creating reports, dashboards, validation rules, and page layouts.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.\nGood written and spoken English.\nNice to have:\nSalesforce Administrator certification.\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator certification.\nExperience with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, or similar administration tools.\nBasic understanding of Apex and Lightning Web
