Working closely with Product Owners, Solution Owners, Application Consultants, Architects, and business stakeholders, you will design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions while contributing to modern engineering practices, automation, and continuous platform innovation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.\nDevelop custom functionality while maximizing the use of standard Salesforce capabilities.\nBuild integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as SAP, middleware, and third-party applications.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Solution Owners, and Application Consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nParticipate in solution design, estimation, architecture discussions, and code reviews.\nBuild reusable components and promote development standards that improve engineering efficiency.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\nTroubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform stability, security, and performance.\nExplore and adopt modern AI-assisted development practices to improve software quality and developer productivity.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nAt least 5 years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years developing Salesforce solutions.\nStrong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.\nExperience developing enterprise Salesforce applications.\nKnowledge of Salesforce Flows and declarative platform capabilities.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST or SOAP APIs.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.\nExperience working with Git, source-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset.\nGood written and spoken English.\nNice to Have:\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification.\nSalesforce Platform Developer II certification.\nSalesforce JavaScript Developer I certification.\nSalesforce Application Architect certification.\nExperience with Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with SAP, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or comparable middleware.\nFamiliarity with modern
