Du gestaltest die integrierte Marketingkommunikation im Cluster aktiv mit und sorgst für eine konsistente Umsetzung von Brand-, Kampagnen-, Media- sowie Social Media- und Influencer-Aktivitäten. Dein Ziel ist es, Markenstärke und -wahrnehmung zu steigern und zur Erreichung der Business-Ziele beizutragen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung integrierter Kommunikationsstrategien auf Basis globaler Vorgaben
  • Planung und Steuerung von Kampagnen inkl. Lokalisierung globaler Inhalte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mediaagenturen sowie Unterstützung bei Mediaplanung und -umsetzung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social Media- und Content-Strategien inkl. Content-Planung und Community Management
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Influencer-Kooperationen
  • Analyse, Reporting und kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Maßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams sowie Steuerung externer Partner

Das überzeugt uns

  • Hochschulabschluss, z. B. in BWL, Marketing oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing Communications
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung integrierter Kampagnen sowie im Umgang mit Agenturen
  • Analytisches Verständnis und KPI-orientierte Arbeitsweise
