As a Service Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service agreements create value for our customers while supporting sustainable business growth.You will work closely with customers, Sales, Service and Customer Operations, to turn service agreements into long-term customer value and recurring business growth.\nYour mission\nAs Service Contract Manager, you will own and develop our service contract portfolio throughout the entire contract lifecycle.You will ensure that our agreements support customer success, deliver business value, and enable Miele to be the preferred solutions partner for our customers.You will report to the Head of Service.\nKey responsibilities\nYou will:\nIncrease service contract penetration and service revenue across the customer base. \nIdentify and develop new service business opportunities with existing and potential customers. \nOwn the process of end-to-end service contract sales from lead generation to contract implementation. \nManage and develop the existing service contract portfolio, including renewals and upselling activities. \nBuild strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for service solutions. \nCollaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Operations to deliver outstanding customer experience. \nContribute to the development of service offerings, sales tools, and operational processes.\nWhat makes you successful in this role\nNo two days are the same in this role. One day you might be meeting customers together with our sales team or service technicians, discussing how Miele's service solutions can support their business.
