Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Du erstellst komplexe Ertragssteuererklärungen und berechnest Steuervorauszahlungen für die betreuenden Gesellschaften
  • Bei eingehenden Steuerbescheiden prüfst Du die Inhalte, bearbeitest Rechtsbehelfe und behältst alle relevanten Fristen im Blick
  • Im direkten Austausch mit den Finanzbehörden klärst Du steuerliche Rückfragen und sorgst für eine verlässliche Kommunikation
  • Rund um Termine und interne Veranstaltungen koordinierst Du Abläufe und bereitest Besprechungen sorgfältig vor und nach
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du das Team bei administrativen Themen und erstellst Auswertungen, Berichte, Präsentationen und Protokolle

  • Im Umgang mit DATEV und Microsoft Office fühlst Du Dich sicher, besonders bei anspruchsvolleren Aufgaben in Excel
  • Neue digitale Möglichkeiten wecken Dein Interesse und Du möchtest künstliche Intelligenz sinnvoll im Arbeitsalltag nutzen
  • Auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen arbeitest Du strukturiert und hältst Absprachen sowie Fristen zuverlässig ein
