It is a critical part of the experience our customers have with our brand.\nWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Director for GB & Ireland to join our Leadership Team at a pivotal point in our transformation.\nWith our logistics operations now operating through a newly outsourced 3PL model, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the next phase: stabilise, improve and build a high-performing, future-fit Supply Chain operation that supports profitable growth and delivers the premium experience our customers expect.\nYou will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working across the business and with our logistics partners to turn ambition into measurable performance.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAct as the Supply Chain business partner to the GB & Ireland Leadership Team, bringing service, cost, capacity and operational insight into business and commercial decisions.\nLead Supply Chain within the newly outsourced 3PL model, ensuring strong operational performance, resilience and continuous improvement.\nOwn the governance of our logistics partners, including SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews, corrective actions and contractual accountability.\nOwn the GB & Ireland Supply Chain cost envelope, working closely with Finance to improve transparency, cost-to-serve and efficiency.\nLead logistics across B2B and D2C, including last-mile Delivery & Installation and reverse logistics, with a strong focus on reliable, first-time-right customer fulfilment.\nShape and continuously evolve the GB & Ireland Supply Chain operating model and multi-year roadmap, creating clear accountability across local, regional and 3PL teams.\nLead and develop the internal Supply Chain team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.\nWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Regional Supply Chain and global teams to align priorities and leverage best practice across markets.\nUse systems, data and digital capabilities to strengthen operational visibility, performance management and process improvement.\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for a leader who combines commercial thinking, operational credibility and a genuine customer mindset.\nYou’ll bring:\nSignificant Supply Chain leadership experience with direct accountability for 3PL and outsourced logistics.\nStrong experience in 3PL contract, SLA and performance management.\nA track record of delivering measurable service and cost improvements.\nStrong commercial and financial understanding, including budget and cost-to-serve management.\nExperience leading teams through transformation and change, developing people and building capability.\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex matrix organisation.\nA strategic but hands-on leadership style, with the ability to turn challenges into practical solutions.\nExcellent communication skills and the credibility to work across functions, markets and organisational levels.\nExperience with ERP/WMS, data and digital transformation is highly desirable.\nWhy Miele?\nThis is a chance to join Miele at a genuinely important moment.\nYou will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of Supply Chain for GB & Ireland, combining operational excellence, digitalisation, commercial performance and premium customer fulfilment.\nYou will sit at the heart of the business: connecting customer expectations, commercial ambition and operational execution.\nReady to make a difference?
