Proven experience working within Digital Factories, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of digital banking products and services. Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation. Excellent knowledge of functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nPreferred\nQualifications Experience with digital banking platforms and mobile banking applications. Knowledge of banking products and processes (accounts, payments, transfers, cards, etc.). Experience in digital transformation projects and with international banking clients.
