Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Conduct business needs assessments and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Work closely with business teams, Product Owners, developers, and technical architects. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and customer journeys. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops with clients and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Support development teams throughout the implementation phase. Participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities. Identify gaps between business expectations and delivered functionalities. Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital banking products and services.Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Fluent English required; French is an advantage. 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. P
