to Banking applications and coordinate with IT Security.\nAnalyze problems related to Supported banking applications and coordinate with designated vendors.\nCooperate with application developers in web interfaces related to different applications.\nCoordinate with IT Teams during project execution related to all Banking Applications.\nSupport development teams during implementation and transfer business knowledge.\nAnalysis of new releases of 3rd party applications.\nRequirements\nAt least 1-3 years of experience in an application support role, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.\nProven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, particularly the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.\nFamiliarity with related technologies, such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and
