Measures of complexity include global footprint, number/diversity of project participants/stakeholders, number of processes impacted, people impacted, technical complexity, project budget, etc.\nAdvanced business knowledge\nHighly developed stakeholder management skills including effective communication at all levels of the organization (from individual contributor to CEO) and ability to develop and adapt communications based on audience\nExperience with the following disciplines: project management, business analysis, governance, testing, change management, incident management and business continuity/disaster recovery\nDemonstrated ability to lead change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and embedding new ways of working.\nKnowledge of developing functional specifications for use by systems developers\nExperience facilitating meetings and workshops e.g. requirements definition, etc.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills\nWorks well in ambiguous situations with demanding customers\nAble to manage competing priorities from multiple customers in an effective and positive manner\nStrong team player with the ability to take the initiative and be proactive when resolving issues\nExperience working with Global teams in a multi-disciplined/ multi-functional team environment or the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones, with a demonstrated openness to learning and adapting to global ways of working\nKnowledge of Windows and Microsoft desktop tools including MS Project\nInternational travel is required approximately 1-2 times annually\nUnderstanding of the Petrochemical industry is an asset\nIIBA certification (or equivalent) and non-IT business experience (engineering, asset maintenance, supply chain, marketing, HSE, etc), is an asset\nWorking knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is considered an asset\n• Experience with Maximo, PI OSI Soft experience driving solutions in an enterprise environment is considered an
