We’re passionate about project management, developing great people, and creating opportunities for our teams to thrive.\nWe’re looking for a motivated Project Controller to join our growing Bristol Hub - a team that has grown year on year and continues to create exciting opportunities for talented project professionals.\n\nWhether you’re building on your existing project experience or looking for an environment where you can accelerate your development, this is your chance to work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and shape your future with us.\n What will you be doing?\nAs a Project Controller, you’ll play a key role in helping projects stay on track, giving project teams the information and insight they need to make confident decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies to support effective delivery.\nPerformance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against agreed plans, KPIs and objectives, producing clear and accurate reports for project teams and stakeholders.\nCost Control & Budget Management: Support budget tracking, cost forecasting, expenditure monitoring and variance analysis to help maintain financial control.\nRisk & Issue Management: Identify, assess and monitor project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, ensuring actions are tracked and escalated where necessary.\nChange Control: Support the management of project changes, assessing their potential impact on scope, schedule, cost and resources.\nData Analysis & Insights: Analyse project data, identify trends and variances, and translate information into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.\nStakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with project managers, delivery teams, clients and wider stakeholders, communicating project status and emerging challenges.\nResource & Milestone Tracking: Monitor resource allocation, deliverables and key milestones, helping teams understand progress and upcoming priorities.\nGovernance & Assurance: Maintain project documentation, reporting packs, RAID logs and governance processes to ensure projects operate in a controlled and consistent manner.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project controls processes, reporting standards, tools and ways of working.\nTeam Collaboration: Work as part of a wider project management community, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nProject Controls & Management: Understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, risk management and project reporting.\nData Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data, identify trends and variances, and produce accurate, meaningful reports.\nIT & Digital Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is desirable.\nRisk, Cost & Schedule Management: Knowledge of project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, forecasting and schedule performance.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present information clearly to stakeholders.\nOrganisation & Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail, effective prioritisation and a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.\nProfessional Development: A
