You will be responsible for the lifecycle of Windows endpoints, including OS deployment, security patching, application packaging and distribution, and device management with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune. This is an engineering and 2nd/3rd-level support role with a strong focus on stability, security, automation and compliance. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n** Manage Windows 10/11 deployment and lifecycle, including imaging, upgrades, drivers and device-model onboarding. \n\n** Deliver and monitor monthly security patching, troubleshoot deployment issues and track compliance. \n\n** Package, test and deploy applications using SCCM/MECM, Intune and PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT). \n\n** Manage Intune device configuration and compliance policies, Windows Autopilot and Entra/Hybrid joined devices. \n\n** Support the transition from Group Policy to modern endpoint management. \n\n** Provide 2nd/3rd-level technical support, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. \n\n** Use PowerShell to automate operational and administrative tasks. \n\n** Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge-base articles. \n\n** Work within ITSM, SLA and change-management processes, particularly in regulated environments.\n\nRequirements - Must have:\n\n** Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), including OS deployment and software distribution. \n\n** Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, device management, compliance policies and application deployment. \n\n** Experience with application packaging and deployment, ideally including PSAppDeployToolkit. \n\n** Experience managing Windows security updates and patching at enterprise scale. \n\n** Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID. \n\n** Good PowerShell scripting skills. \n\n** Strong Windows 10/11 engineering and troubleshooting skills. \n\n** Experience working with ITSM/ticketing processes such as ServiceNow. \n\n** Strong documentation skills and good written and spoken English.\n\nRequirements - Nice to have:\n\n** Experience with GPO-to-Intune migration and modern/cloud endpoint management. \n\n** Experience managing iOS and Android devices. \n\n** Experience in a GxP, pharmaceutical, life-sciences or other regulated environment. \n\n** Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MD-102 Endpoint Administrator \n\n** Familiarity with Zscaler or similar secure access technologies. \n\n** Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI. \n\n** Experience supporting a multi-site, international environment.\n\n** Seniority Level: Mid-Senior;
