We’re looking for an Associate HR Functional Specialist with exceptional abilities to join our Functional team and strengthen our operations.
Gather and analyze client HR and payroll business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and standard system functionality.
Recommend appropriate system configurations and functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and related deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, developers, QA, and product teams throughout the implementation.
Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
Validate system developments, enhancements, bug fixes, and data migration.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and go-live activities.
Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Conduct client training, system demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and other user documentation.
Monitor implementation progress and escalate project risks and issues when required.
Support product improvements and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry requirements, and MIHCM product features.
