We are hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):
- Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience.
- Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style.
- Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships.
- Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations.
- Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up.

Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- A working knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear
- Confident in using a POS system, CRM tools, and basic office tech like Google Workspace
- Competitive (in a good way!) and motivated by clear goals
- Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone

Requirements
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
