architecture, functional requirements, and design specifications.\nEnsure designs incorporate safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturability from the early stages of development.\nOwn mechanical design modules while balancing performance, quality, cost, and timelines.\nConduct concept development and feasibility studies and evaluate new technologies and engineering approaches.\nCreate and maintain detailed3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and design documentation as per engineering standards.\nEnsure seamless integration and compatibility of mechanical components within modular product architectures.\nSupport product development throughDFM/DFA, material selection, tolerance analysis, and design optimization.\nConduct design calculations and support FEM/FEA analysis to validate mechanical performance.\nCreate DFMEA, identify potential product risks, and implement appropriate design mitigations.\nEnsure mechanical designs meet applicable product certification and country-specific regulatory requirements.\nPrepare functional requirements and technical documentation for developed designs.\nPlan and track assigned work, including work breakdown, timelines, and cost estimates, and communicate progress to stakeholders.\nStay updated with emerging mechanical engineering technologies, tools, materials, and design practices.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including electronics, firmware, industrial design, manufacturing, and quality.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nB.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical/structural design, CAD modeling, and manufacturing drawings.\nHands-on experience with 3D CAD tools such asSolidWorks, Creo/Pro-E, Solid Edge, or equivalent.\nGood understanding of engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and design validation.\nKnowledge of FEM/FEA and the ability to interpret and apply simulation results.\nExperience withDFMEA, DFM/DFA, material selection, and EBOM creation.\nUnderstanding of mechanical product development processes, engineering standards, and manufacturing methods.\nAbility to translate product requirements into functional mechanical requirements and design solutions.\nKnowledge of IEC 60601 or other relevant product safety standards is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving and system-thinking mindset, with attention to detail and design quality.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and advocate for design decisions.\nA proactive, ownership-driven approach with a focus on quality, timelines, and results.\nAbility to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative, and fast-paced
