https://in.miko.ai/\nRequirement & Skills:-\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 0-1 years of related experience.\nPrepare and execute product design validation plan for component, submodules and product.\nTesting Jigs and fixtures requirements, manufacturing, assembly & validation.\nKnowledge of plastic, metal, rubber manufactured parts IQC, FAI, and part evaluation.\nUnderstanding of 3D printing, rapid prototyping methods, manufacturing, testing and assembly must.\nKnowledge on motor-sensor, actuators, testing etc.\nUnderstanding of robotics, control systems adds value.\nReport generation and documentation.,\nUnderstanding of FMEA, design validation plan, accelerated life testing, stress testing, thermal test, vibration test, stress, reliability testing and product life testing.\nPrevious work experience as a Testing Engineer or similar role is a plus.\nResponsibilities:-\nPrepare & execute the complete product design validation plan.\nPerform Accelerated/endurance life test at module level and product level.\nGood knowledge of FMEA, FTA method, RCCA and stress testing.\nBasic understanding on PCB, motor, sensors, motor control system etc,\nAbility to interpret testing and quality standards and manage lab equipment.\nAbility to coordinate with testing labs/quality/certification engineer for testing standard, methodology and test reports.\nPerform IQC/FAI for different parts.\nUnderstanding of the quality requirements in the structure of electromechanical products, sensors, motors, plastic, metal and rubber.\nIn-depth understanding of technical documentation.\nFamiliar with statistical analysis, do Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis.\nExperience with materials testing, thermal analysis and verification.\nFamiliar with product-PCB test procedures for impact (drop test) from mechanical elements.\nStudy the root cause of malfunction of prototype and serial products.\nDevelopment of test plans, procedures, work instructions and test bench design.\nUnderstanding on product reliability test.\nPerforms other duties as
