As we scale globally, building a resilient, cost-efficient supply chain is central to our growth.\nRole Overview\nWe're looking for a sharp, hands-on sourcing and supply chain leader to own end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for Miko's hardware products. This is a senior leadership role - you'll shape strategy, manage critical supplier relationships, and ensure uninterrupted supply to support global production and retail commitments, including oversight of inbound freight and delivery to distribution partners.\nWhat You'll Own\nSourcing & Supplier Management\nLead strategic sourcing for all hardware components - electronics, motors, plastics, packaging, and finished goods - across a global supplier base (primarily Asia)\nNegotiate contracts, pricing, MOQs, and payment terms with suppliers\nBuild and maintain a diversified supplier ecosystem; identify and qualify alternates to reduce single-source risk\nOwn supplier performance through KPIs: OTD, quality, cost trends, and responsiveness\nSupply Chain Planning\nOwn demand planning, inventory management, and procurement scheduling aligned to production and launch calendars\nPartner with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate forecasts into accurate procurement plans\nMaintain safety stock and buffer strategies for high-risk or long-lead components\nDrive lead time reduction and working capital optimization across the supply base\nLogistics Coordination\nOversee inbound freight from Asia factories - freight forwarder relationships, shipment tracking, and cost management\nCoordinate outbound delivery to 3PLs and retail distribution partners, including key accounts\nTeam & Stakeholder Leadership\nLead and mentor the sourcing and supply chain team\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and retail account teams\nReport supply chain health, risks, and cost performance to leadership regularly\nWhat We're Looking For\n8-15 years across sourcing and supply chain, with at least 4 years in a leadership role\nBackground in consumer electronics, hardware, or robotics strongly preferred\nProven experience managing supplier relationships in China or Southeast Asia\nWorking knowledge of international freight, Incoterms, and landed cost - enough to manage forwarder relationships and flag risks\nStrong commercial acumen - experienced in contract negotiation and cost modeling\nData-driven decision-making\nOperates well in a fast-paced, startup-scale environment -
