As a core member of Electronics\nsystem design team you will drive microprocessors/ micro controllers, SoC / SoM based processing unit design\nand peripheral interface control, power electronics for power supply, power distribution and battery charging\nmanagement, BMS and embedded systems board bring-up, integration, functional and environmental\nqualification.\nCore Responsibilities:\n1. Design and develop electronics hardware platform for multiple projects.\n2. Partner with the embedded software team for hardware/ firmware co-design, development and integration;\noptimization.\n3. Ability to make sense of complex functional requirements, synthesize and build-up appropriate electronics\nhardware based solutions.\n4. Create a reliable, modular design and qualify the integrated design with respect to the functional and\nenvironmental performance requirements.\nRequirements & Skills:\nMust to have:\n1. 6 year to 10 years of experience in low-power circuit design, manufactured PCB bring-up, engineering-build\nintegration and debug the performance issues in the integrated product.\n2. 4 year to 8 years of experience driving design development from component selection, schematic capture,\nPCB layout, assembly and integration with other modules of product.\n3. 5+ of experience in development of Multi-layer, mixed-signal board-level design in Altium/ Eagle.\n4. Experience of power supply topologies: DC-DC, Flyback Converters, LDOs, etc.\n5. Experience of Battery charger design, signal conditioning, sensor interface; protection circuits.\n6. Hand-on experience in hardware implementation of embedded system data communication protocols\nsuch as 1-wire, I2C, SPI, UART, USB, TCP/ IP, wireless, BLE, MIPI\n7. Experience of BDC/ BLDC or steppers motors, motor driver circuit design and its working and\nprotection principles.\n8. Diverse experience in microcontroller/ microprocessor based circuit design and bring-up. Ideally from ST/ TI/\nNXP/ Renesas and sensor interface on PCBA level.\n9. Ability to Interface sensors (sensor signal conditioning and instrumentation) like current-voltage, Time-of-\nFlight, Proximity, Position, ALS, etc on a PCBA level.\n10. Knowledge about Design calculations/ Worst-case performance analysis, Design Documentation during\nProduct Development Life-Cycle milestones.\n11.Knowledge of EMI/ EMC/ ESD performance standards and practices is preferred.\nGood to have:\n1. Strong communication and documentation skills and ability to operate independently.\n2. Experience with portable, battery operated designs and power budgeting.\n3. Knowledge about Wi-fi/ Bluetooth/ RF/ Antenna Technologies .\n4. Experience of Microphone and Speaker interface circuit design is a plus\n5. Familiar with PCB fabrication technologies, Rigid-Flex PCBs, Flex Cables.\n6. Hands-on experience of manufacturing process including DFM and DFT for consumer products at scale.\n7.
