PURPOSE\nThe Service Technician is a field service role created to expand service coverage in underpenetrated city clusters and support in routine break-fix, preventive maintenance and warranty work in order to increase overall service market share through wider geographic reach.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nField Service Execution\nAttend assigned break-fix and routine maintenance calls at customer sites within the assigned cluster\nExecute preventive maintenance (PM) jobs and warranty calls as per CSD plan\nDiagnose first-level issues; escalate complex faults to the on-roll Service Engineer or Regional Service Manager\nComplete service reports, machine readings and job sheets in the field service / dispatch tool\nSpare Parts & Upsell Referral\nIdentify spare-parts requirements at the customer site and raise demand through the spares process\nFlag upsell opportunities (genuine parts replacement, retrofit) to the assigned KAM, if any, or to Regional Service Manager\nProductivity & Compliance\nAdhere to dispatch / scheduling assigned by the Regional Service Manager\nMaintain tools, safety gear and service kit per Milacron standards\nFollow safety protocols at all customer sites\nSUCCESS METRICS / KPIS\nService Quality\nProductivity\nCommercial Contribution\nFirst-time-fix rate (L1 / routine calls)\nService NPS at assigned customers\nCalls closed per day / week vs. target\nProductive visits % (% of revenue-generating visits)\nChargeable SE Utilization %\nPM compliance % (jobs done on schedule)\nNumber of spare-parts referrals raised\nKEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS\nSkill Dimension\nWhat We Are Looking For\nTechnical\nDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics\nWorking knowledge of injection-moulding machines or similar industrial equipment (training will be provided)\nAbility to diagnose first-level mechanical / electrical / hydraulic faults\nOperational\nUse of field service / dispatch / scheduling tools\nJob sheet, machine reading and basic reporting discipline\nBehavioural\nCustomer-first mindset and discipline at site\nWillingness to travel within assigned cluster\nReliability and safety consciousness\nEXPERIENCE PROFILE\nDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics\n2–5 years of field service experience on industrial equipment (injection moulding preferred but not mandatory)\nComfortable with field travel within the assigned city cluster\nBasic English / regional language proficiency for site communication and
