In this position, you will be responsible for programming, integrating, commissioning, and supporting automation systems for injection molding machine applications while working closely with customers, equipment suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure successful project implementation and startup.\nWork You'll Do:\nWork closely with automation equipment suppliers and customers to deliver fully integrated automation solutions for injection molding machines.\nSupport integration, startup, and commissioning of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation systems.\nProgram, optimize, install, and commission robotic and automation systems at customer sites.\nSupport Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and customer validation activities.\nTroubleshoot automation, controls, and equipment issues in both plant and field environments.\nProvide technical support to customers and coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams.\nTrain customers on automation equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.\nDocument programming activities, commissioning reports, installation procedures, and technical changes.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to automation standards, programming methods, and field service practices.\nTravel extensively to support equipment installations, startups, customer training, and service requirements.\nQualifications:\nAssociate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent automation, robotics, or controls experience required.\n3+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, robotics, or related manufacturing environments preferred.\nExperience supporting field installations, commissioning, equipment startup, and customer support activities.\nStrong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and technical problem-solving skills.\nAbility to travel approximately 35% or more based on project requirements and customer needs.\nExperience with Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, KUKA, Sepro, B&R, Beckhoff, or similar automation platforms preferred.\nRobot programming experience preferred.\nPLC, HMI, controls, and auxiliary equipment integration experience preferred.\nCapital equipment installation and startup experience preferred.\nManufacturing automation, robotics, machine builder, or systems integration experience
