supporting manufacturing operations on first shift.\nWork You'll Do:\nSet up and operate CNC milling machines according to project specifications.\nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and design schematics to understand machining requirements.\nSelect, install, and verify the appropriate tooling and equipment for machining operations.\nAdjust machine settings, including speed, feed rates, and cutting paths, to achieve required specifications.\nMonitor machine performance throughout production runs to ensure proper operation and minimize errors.\nInspect and measure completed parts to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.\nPerform routine maintenance and basic machine care to support equipment reliability and safety.\nTroubleshoot machining and equipment issues as they arise during production.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.\nCollaborate with team members and leadership to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma with 1+ years of machining experience, certificate from a machining program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCurrently enrolled in a bona fide technical program if a current high school student.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.\nEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.\nAbility to stand, walk, sit, reach, handle materials, and perform other physical requirements associated with manufacturing
