improvements\nQualifications:\nMust-have qualifications\nExperience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing environment\nExperience conducting safety training, incident investigations, and compliance audits\nKnowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective actions\nAbility to collaborate effectively with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nNice-to-have \nExperience in machining, industrial manufacturing, metalworking, plating, or similar operations\nKnowledge of environmental compliance programs, hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment, SPCC, SWPPP, or related environmental processes\nExperience facilitating safety committee meetings and emergency response programs\nAssociate's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field, or equivalent experience\nExperience developing JSAs, conducting machine safety
