Candidate should have good exposure in Electrical design and knowledge of Servo, VFDs, Sensors and other Electrical components. \n\nWork You’ll Do:\nDesign electrical schematics, control panels, and machine wiring architecture. \nSelect and specify electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, SSRs, contactors, and safety devices. \nDevelop machine control concepts and interface requirements. \nEnsure compliance with CE, UL, IEC, and relevant machine safety standards. \nCoordinate with mechanical, hydraulic, software, and manufacturing teams during product development. \nSupport prototype testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. \nPrepare electrical BOMs, technical documentation, and product specifications. \nDrive cost reduction, reliability improvements, and design standardization initiatives\n\nTeam:\nThe candidate will be part of the Electrical Design for Product Engineering Team, responsible for developing and enhancing electrical systems for injection molding machines. The role involves understanding customer requirements, market trends, and application needs to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that meet global market expectations.\nThe engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, manufacturing, service, and application engineering, while also supporting global engineering teams on product development, standardization, and technical problem-solving activities.
