In this position, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales quotations, supporting order execution, providing technical sales expertise, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of order-related issues.\nWork You'll Do:\nPrepare detailed sales quotations for the sales organization and customers.\nDevelop equipment cost analyses and pricing support for sales proposals.\nProcess customer orders and provide required information for order entry and engineering design requests.\nWork closely with the sales team to determine equipment specifications and application requirements.\nAdvise and support customers and sales representatives in selecting the appropriate equipment for specific applications.\nContact vendors to obtain technical information, product specifications, and costing details.\nCommunicate effectively with customers, sales personnel, engineering, manufacturing, and other internal stakeholders.\nTrack order progress, investigate order-related issues, and expedite orders to ensure customer satisfaction.\nRelay confirmed ship dates and delivery updates to customers and the sales organization.\nParticipate in customer discussions and provide technical sales support when required.\nAssist in the development and improvement of sales tools, processes, and training materials.\nSupport the onboarding and training of new specialists as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or a combination of education and applicable experience required.\n4+ years of inside sales experience, including IEP sales experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.\nStrong computer literacy and ability to work with PC-based business applications.\nExperience with Step File Drawings, AutoCAD, DeltaCAD, Drawing Viewer, or similar software.\nBasic plastics processing knowledge.\nWorking knowledge of injection molding and extrusion products.\nStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical equipment and applications.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a specialty product environment.\nKnowledge of technical equipment, plastics, and/or plastics machine parts preferred.\nProven track record of successful sales experience
