This role is for a performance-driven professional who has mastered the technical mechanics of self-serve platforms and is ready to take more ownership of campaign strategy and client results.\nYou will sit at the intersection of execution and strategy-managing full-funnel biddable campaigns across Search, Social, and emerging Retail Media Networks. You are a bridge between the data and the \"big picture,\" ensuring our tactical execution aligns perfectly with our clients' growth ambitions.\nKey Responsibilities\nCampaign Strategy\nMove beyond execution to help develop omnichannel media strategies. You will contribute to campaign forecasting and budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.\nManage the journey from Upper-Funnel awareness to Lower-Funnel conversion, ensuring messaging and bidding strategies are optimized for each stage.\nIdentify and propose A/B testing opportunities, from creative iterations to landing page optimizations and new platform betas.\nCampaign Implementation\nLead the setup, launch, and daily management of campaigns across Search (Google/Bing) and Social (Meta/TikTok). \nBegin to support and execute on Retail Media Networks (RMNs) such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.\nOversee daily budget pacing and KPI monitoring for multiple accounts, ensuring high standards of execution and precision.\nPerformance Optimization and Reporting\nAnalyze front-end and KPI metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) to identify not just whathappened, but whyit happened.\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for internal and external stakeholders.\nAssist in setting up tracking and attribution models to ensure accurate measurement of the customer journey.\nQualifications\n2-3 years of hands-on experience managing biddable media campaigns in an agency or high-growth brand environment.\nDeep proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required.\nA strong understanding of how to balance Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) performance goals with brand health objectives.\nExperience (or a strong interest) in providing guidance to junior planners or interns to ensure executional excellence.\nYou instinctively \"dig into the data\" to solve problems and find efficiencies.\nAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
