team mindset\n\nAgency experience and scrum certification a plus\n\nProduct Owner Responsibilities\nAmplify the voice of the client as well as offer interpretation of client needs\n\nWork with clients to analyze business needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals\n\nResearch and analyze the client's market, product users, and the roadmap for the project\n\nIdentify and write epics, features, and user stories\n\nDefine backlog items that guide the agile development teams\n\nContinually learn with the team through collaboration\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product\n\nParticipate in technical conversations surrounding application products with members of the development team\n\nLead story workshop sessions\n\nWrite acceptance criteria for user stories during sprint planning\n\nBe ready to make product-related decisions and be accountable for those decisions\n\nAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on tasks that are aligned with product strategy\n\nDevelop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.\n\nDetermine timeframes for completion of backlog items, ensuring alignment with the product’s overall strategy\n\nWrite and maintain user documentation for products\n\nBe the primary contact for questions related to the product\n\nDevelop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team\n\nWork in alignment with agile practices as well as learn and grow in your understanding of
