Focusing on campaign planning, budget allocation, keyword research, and creativeoptimization, and performance analysis to achieve client marketing goals, essentially managing all aspects of \"paid media\" through Self-Serve platforms.\nWhat you'll do\nDaily Budget Pacing: Meticulously review and monitor platform and campaign budgets daily to ensure optimal pacing and prevent over/underspending.\nPaid Search Campaign Launch: Execute the launch of new paid search campaigns from start to finish, including:\nThorough keyword research and selection.\nCrafting compelling and effective ad copy.\nStructuring efficient and logical ad groups.\n\nPaid Search Optimization: Continuously optimize paid search campaigns for maximum performance, including:\nPerforming regular keyword optimizations (e.g., adding negatives, adjusting bids).\nConducting ad copy quality reviews and A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.\nAdjusting bids, audience targeting, and other campaign settings to improve KPIs.\n\nPerformance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations.\nQualifications\n1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads experience is a must).\nDemonstrated working knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nEffective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategiesto internal teams.\nThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.\nThe pay range for this role is:\n$54,000 -
