Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Vancouver, BC (Downtown)

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract - 2 Months - immediate start

About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organization based in downtown Vancouver to find a driven and strategic Senior Recruiter to join their internal Human Resources team.

In this role, you will partner directly with executive leadership and department managers to lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, enhance the company’s employer brand, and build high-performing teams to support corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, active networking, cold outreach, and job boards) to attract top-tier talent across various business units.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete talent lifecycle from initial intake calls, screening, and interviewing through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• ATS & HRIS Management: Maintain real-time candidate pipelines and accurate records within enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Taleo).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand department goals, define core competencies, and build tailored hiring strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, highly engaging, and professional experience for every candidate throughout the hiring journey.
• Industry Best Practices: Stay current with market intelligence, recruitment compliance, and emerging HR technology trends.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience as a Senior Recruiter, in-house or agency.
• Advanced Sourcing Capabilities: Demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive candidate mapping, and outbound cold engagement techniques.
• ATS/HRIS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Offer Negotiation & Closing: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value candidates.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
