Location

We're looking for an Inside Channel Manager to develop and grow our network of resellers in Central Eastern Europe and Israel. Based in our Sofia office (hybrid mode), you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the region by fostering strong relationships and driving sales of our cutting-edge security technology solutions.

Role Summary

As an Inside Channel Manager, you'll drive the growth and success of Milestone's reseller network across Central Eastern Europe and Israel by building strong partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales of our innovative security technology solutions. Working closely with resellers, distributors, and internal teams, you'll help expand Milestone's regional presence through partner enablement, business development activities, customer engagement, and regular travel across the region.

What You Will Do

• Build and nurture relationships with resellers to increase Milestone software & hardware sales.
• Onboard and support new channel partners, helping them thrive in our ecosystem.
• Conduct engaging online demos & webinars for resellers and customers.
• Drive business growth through meaningful conversations & strategic sales calls with key partners.
• Work closely with distributors to increase Milestone footprint with more resellers and partners.
• Represent the company products and solutions at events, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Document activities and track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• The job will require travelling in the region.

What You Bring to The Team

• Experience in Inside Sales or Channel Partner Management with proven track record.
• Preferred experience with 2-tier sales approach.
• Fluency in English (other Eastern Europe language is a plus)
• A background in technology, SaaS, or security solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus). Power-BI reports
