Then come join our Inside Channel Team at Milestone Systems!\nAbout the role\nThe Inside Channel Manager (ICM) will focus on software and hardware sales through the development of Milestone resellers within western Canada. The ICM will work to develop and execute a scalable, cost effective and focused channel partner development process that will help increase the number of active selling partners, see year over year revenue growth and accelerate the sales of newly signed partners.\nThis position is fully remote; however, candidates must reside in a major city within the provinces of Alberta or British Columbia. Come join our dynamic international team and be a part of our rapidly growing, successful business.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop and manage a region of channel partners as mutually agreed with management and field sales personnel. Main focus will be the generation, support and continued growth of:\nMilestone video management software sales (XProtect) \nMilestone Analytics software sales (BriefCam)\nMilestone VSaaS sales (Arcules)\nMilestone network video appliance sales (Husky) \nExisting reseller partner development \nProvide on-boarding assistance to newly signed channel partners \nPerform daily live software web demos \nLead informative and interactive webinars for resellers and end customers \nDaily phone calls to assigned key partners to assist in growing their revenue stream with Milestone \nDocument demo & call activities and manage opportunities in Salesforce \nSales forecasting \nWork strategically with field sales, your reseller & solution partners to maximize revenue in your region \nQuarterly travel into the assigned region required \nOther tasks as assigned by manager \nWhat you bring\nTo be successful in this position, you will need a background in inside sales, sales development, or account management. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package.\nAll employees must complete a background check.
