You will work closely with the Milestone sales team, resellers, distributors, consultants and key end users across industries in KSA. You must be fluent in Arabic and English. The position will be focused in KSA, and the job requires the availability to travel in the region.\nAbout the role\nAs the Solution Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring that defined integrators, consultants, and distributors get your full attention as you are the central point in educating and building up Milestone knowledge into the channel.\nAs part of the go-to-market strategy, Milestone hosts technical seminars, and you will attend roadshows and exhibitions, which you will be leading as well as conducting.\nWhat you will do\nExamining and responding to tenders and preparing the technical part (response) to the offer.\nHands-on and technical assistance in connection with preparation and setting up of exhibitions, events, customer meetings and Visit to Saudi experience center.\nProactively managing your activities together with the local Channel Business Managers and Inside Channel Manager to address the business.\nProviding comprehensive solution design and detailed studies for various projects to ensure optimal implementation and integration of Milestone products.\nCreating and delivering engaging presentations about Milestone products to educate potential clients and support the sales team in effectively promoting and selling Milestone solutions.\nOffering professional services, including detailed execution plans and system health checks, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Milestone products in client environments.\nContributing to continuous product training and conducting workshops for partners, end users, and consultants to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Milestone products.\nWhat you bring\nWe are looking for someone with:\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in an IT Engineering role, also having worked with a 2-tier channel (distributors and integrators)\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field\nA background within the Video Surveillance Industry\nThe ability to convey technical knowledge to a technical and non-technical audience\nEnjoys working with software, hardware, and the latest technologies\nExtensive experience in IT, including deploying physical and virtual environments, along with network and storage configuration\nExperience in Artificial Intelligence and its applications is a plus\nAs you will be facing customers and partners regularly, it is important that you can create trust and can con-vey your message in a compelling way\nFluent proficiency in English\nApplication is open for Saudi Nationals only\nHow you will make a difference\nMilestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE), Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT), and Milestone Certified Design Engineer (MCDE) certifications are a plus.\nExperience and certification in cloud solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud) is a plus\nMeet the team\nGrowing and ambitious Saudi team, built on a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared success.
