to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables\nIdentify, document, and track defects using defect management tools\nPerform API testing and validate backend services\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites\nEnsure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met\nParticipate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs early in the lifecycle\nMentor junior QA team members and promote best practices\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n7-8 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes\nHands-on experience with automation tools such as: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (or similar)\nExperience with programming/scripting languages like: Java / Python / JavaScript\nExperience in: Functional, regression, integration, and system testing\nAPI testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)\nFamiliarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Good to Have):\nExperience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Lightning)\nKnowledge of automation in Salesforce environments (Provar, Selenium with Lightning)\nExposure to performance or security testing tools\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies\nISTQB or equivalent certification\n\nKey Competencies:\nAttention to detail and
