For more information, visit www.milhaus.com.\nThe Construction Project Manager is responsible for the budgeting, planning, scheduling, and buy-out of the construction project. This role includes communicating and collaborating with Owners, Development, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and other General Contractors/Construction Managers. The position will work closely with the Construction team, Development team, and Property Management team to ensure the projects are delivered On Time and On Budget and are consistent with Milhaus standards. This role is critical in setting up our projects for success. This position will be based on FL focused on a project located approximately 2 hours south of Orlando (regular travel to the project would be required).\nTeam closely with Project Superintendent to lead all aspects of a construction job. Play the lead driver role in developing the schedule and budgets for the project.\nBid projects and aid with contracting with all subcontractors and purchasing of all materials for each assigned project\nPrepare cost estimates for proposals and bids in conjunction with the pre-con team. Solicit bids and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers.
