This position is critical for driving internal sales growth and managing the successful execution of our rack manufacturing and installation projects. Ideally, the Project Manager position will develop, grow, and advance into a Business Development position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client management, a desire to advance quickly to a Business Development role and a passion for technological innovation in the material handling, storage, and real estate sectors. This position will report to the Operations Executive.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for ASRS rack manufacturing and installation.\nCollaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, accounting, and logistics, to ensure project milestones are met and the project is delivered on time and to the customer’s specifications.\nDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.\nMonitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.\nEnsure quality control and compliance with industry standards throughout the manufacturing and installation process.\nCommunicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.\nManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.\nConduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients on existing and future projects, which may include preparing and presenting compelling presentations, proposals, or progress meetings.\nPartnering directly with various key stakeholders from soliciting additional business from current clients through the execution of contracts, including clients, design engineers, structural engineers, plant teams, transportation/logistics, installation, and more.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\nProven experience and success in project management preferably in the ASRS, industrial manufacturing, industrial and/or material handling Industry\nStrong project management skills with experience managing complex manufacturing and installation projects.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.\nProficient in using CRM software, project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee projects in the US and Mexico.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and annual bonus potential.\nComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nA collaborative and supportive work environment.\nStakkd Rack is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
