Additionally, you will provide supervision and guidance across your projects and team members to ensure all objectives, critical issues, new concepts and policy matters are met.\nProject types will include but not be limited to: taxiway and runway design, deicing facilities, pavement design and striping, roadway design, utility design and grading.\nIf you are seeking a new position that allows direct oversight of a team and the ability to continuously sharpen your own skills, come be a part of the Milhouse Aviation team!\nWhat you will do:\nProvide technical expertise to staff, clients, and peers within the organization for a focused type of work.\nAssist in growing business volume with existing clients through the execution of quality work.\nPerform technical skills gap analysis and recommend developmental training.\nAssist project managers by developing and reviewing scopes, schedules and time budgets for work to be executed in their group.\nPerform as a Project Manager or technical resource meeting billability targets required for role, level and team.\nMonitor groups performance and adherence to required quality, scope, schedule, and budget criteria.\nIdentify, analyze and resolve problems in a pro-active manner.\nCultivate professional relationships with client, peer, and team members.\nSupport proposal opportunities that are strategically aligned with regional and group requirements.\nParticipates in the RFP/RFQ process including, site visits, client meetings, scope development, preparation of project approach, technical execution plans, schedules, and interviews.\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s Degree specific to their discipline work from an ABET accredited institution\n10 + years of design experience\nPE license required\n5+ years’ experience leading a team that specializes in the related field\nAn Entrepreneurial mind set\nProficient in Microsoft Suites\nMicroStation\nAutoCAD\nKnowledge of standard format specification development\nDesign software including but not limited to XP-SWMM, HEC-Ras, WinTR-55, AutoCAD, Civil 3D\nActive memberships in discipline specific professional organization such as ASCE\nAt Milhouse, we’re more than just a place to work - we’re a place to grow, thrive, and be celebrated.
