supply chain, finance, business planning, or a related field\nStrong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nInterest in using AI or digital tools to improve forecasting and analysis\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to work across multiple teams and priorities\nBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related discipline\nWhat You’ll Do\nForecasting & Planning Support\nSupport day-to-day forecasting and planning activities across the business\nAssist in preparing forecast models and planning scenarios\nMaintain planning assumptions and update forecasts as conditions change\nTrack key planning KPIs including bookings, shipments, production, inventory, and delivery performance\nAssist in developing operating plans that balance inventory availability, facility capacity, and delivery timelines\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork across product, finance, operations, and procurement teams to support planning efforts\nAssist with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) projects and planning reviews\nCommunicate planning updates and insights to internal stakeholders\nSupport strategic planning initiatives through data analysis and reporting\nSupply Chain & Operational Support\nAssist with day-to-day supply chain and procurement coordination\nHelp support planning across multiple supply chains that support our franchise system\nEnsure files, orders, and databases remain accurate and up to date\nHelp
