For four decades it has been a favorite for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy scenic dining and relaxed coastal atmosphere.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nGreet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.\nEnsure Takeout orders are given to right guest while still maintaining the Bar\nVerify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age.\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of bar and menu items to provide accurate recommendations.\nAccurately take food and beverage orders for bar and lounge guests.\nDeliver food and beverage orders within established time frames for both service bar and customers at bar. \nAbility to work both bars upstairs in the pub and downstairs in the dining room \nUtilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.\nEnsure alcohol consumption is limited to designated areas.\nBuild and maintain a professional, hospitable rapport with every guest served.\nComplete opening, running, and closing side work assignments.\nCollaborate effectively as a team member to support smooth operations.\nAttend ongoing training sessions and participate in pre-shift meetings.\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nTIPS Certification \nMinimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.\nAbility to obtain any required licenses or permits.\nMinimum of 1 year experience operating a full-service bar.\nStrong knowledge of mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment involving stairs. \nAbility to interact with guests and be social with them.\nFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nExcellent customer service and professional
